Oil-impregnated polyacetal bearing
Resin bearings with excellent mass productivity that can be used in a wide range of applications.
Oiles #80 is a self-lubricating bearing in which lubricating oil and special filler are evenly dispersed in polyacetal resin.
Usage range
- Lubrication condition: no lubrication
- Operating temperature limit (°C): -40 to +80
- Maximum allowable surface pressure P (N/ mm2 ): 17.5
- Maximum allowable speed V (m/s): 0.85
- Allowable maximum PV value (N/ mm2・m/s): 2.45
Features
- It can be used without lubrication and has excellent load bearing and wear resistance.
- It has a low coefficient of friction and excellent speed characteristics.
- Prevents stick-slip and squeaking noise.
- Complex shapes can be manufactured by injection molding, and mass production is also good.
- Various sizes of standard products and machining materials are available.
- Oiles #80-LVF is available as a low VOC grade.
