Oil-impregnated polyacetal bearing

Resin bearings with excellent mass productivity that can be used in a wide range of applications.

Oiles #80 is a self self-lubricating bearings in which lubricating oil and special filler are evenly dispersed in polyacetal resin.

Usage range

  • Lubrication condition: no lubrication
  • Service temperature range (°C): -40 to +80
  • Allowable max. contact pressure : P (N/ mm2 ): 17.5
  • Allowable max. velocity : V (m/s): 0.85
  • Allowable max. PV value (N/ mm2・m/s): 2.45

Features

  • It can be used without lubrication and has excellent load bearing and wear resistance.
  • It has a low coefficient of friction and excellent speed characteristics.
  • Prevents stick-slip and squeaking noise.
  • Complex shapes can be manufactured by injection molding, and mass production is also good.
  • Various sizes of standard products and materials for machining are available.
  • Oiles #80-LVF is available as a low VOC grade.
